Alvaro Carballo Blanco

Alvaro Carballo Blanco has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Airbus as a Procurement - Support to Local Buyer. In 2009, they moved on to work at Airbus Operations S.A.S - ESV (Structures Test). There, they served as a Structures Test - Test Leader from September 2009 to June 2010, and later as a Structure Test Pyramid Management - Project Performance Manager from June 2010 to June 2012. In 2012, Alvaro joined Applus+ Laboratories as a Mechanical Test Laboratory Focal Point, where they managed key customer accounts, analyzed market trends, executed business initiatives, and oversaw account profitability. Alvaro then took on the role of Sales Director - Aerospace & Defense from January 2015 onwards, and more recently, the role of Sales Director - Mechanical Testing Laboratories from January 2021.

Alvaro Carballo Blanco earned a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, which they completed from 2005 to 2008. Alvaro later attended the IESE Business School, where they obtained a degree in Effective and Creative Negotiation. In 2022, they also completed the PDD program at IESE Business School.
