Jorge Castro Marín

Jorge Castro Marín has a diverse work experience spanning over many years in various roles. Jorge began their career as a Senior System Engineer at Reycom Redes y Comunicaciones in 2004, where they were responsible for coordinating infrastructure changes and upgrades. In 2007, they worked as a Project Manager at Alphyra, managing staff and implementing technological solutions. In 2008, they joined Vanguard as a Manager and CISO, developing IT governance frameworks and conducting security reviews. Jorge also worked as a Lead Auditor at LRQA, performing audits and maintaining adherence to standards. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Information Technology & Lead Auditor Certification BU at Applus+ Laboratories, where they steer key IT initiatives and provides strategic consulting support.
