Luis Guelbenzu has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Luis started their career in 2000 as a Project Technician for the Luas Railtrain Project. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Quality & HSE Manager at Saint Gobain Glass. In 2006, they joined Applus, where they served as a Corporative Quality Auditor/Consultant until 2010. Since 2010, Luis has been working at Applus+ Laboratories as a Quality Director. In this role, they managed a wide range of quality and H&S requirements schemes related to testing, calibration, engineering, and certification. Luis'sresponsibilities included mechanical testing, engineering of test benches and rigs, EMC testing, cybersecurity testing, calibration, and product certification.
Luis Guelbenzu completed their Industrial Engineer Bachelor degree at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1994 to 2000. In 2014, they obtained a Master's degree of Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt from the same institution. Additionally, they earned a Master's degree of Health & Safety technician from MAPFRE in 2005.
