Ivan Makarov

Ivan Makarov is a skilled aerospace engineer and entrepreneur with a strong background in AI and control systems. As co-founder of Apply AI since May 2023, Ivan focuses on developing an AI automation tool for enhanced management. Previously, Ivan founded Catalyst Aerospace Technologies, specializing in flight control systems, and Uav Siberia, where a successful aerospace engineering and forestry drone company was established. Ivan's experience includes serving as lead engineer at Informational Satellite Systems, where a payload segment for the RS-40 satellite was successfully launched, and as lead researcher at Siberian Federal University, building a team that developed drones for geological surveys. Ivan's educational credentials include a Master's in Rocket Engineering from Siberian State Aerospace University and a PhD in Radionavigation from Siberian Federal University.
