As Head of UX, Rabiya Samji has built her career on translating user insights into opportunities and solutions. She provides strategic and tactical leadership to a team of user experience designers and researchers to ensure that final products deliver on the needs of both clients and customers.
Previously, Rabiya led and built the first in-house user experience research practice at Canada Post and played a pivotal role in the digital transformation of their many customer and business-facing products. She has consulted for clients including, but not limited to, TD, RBC, BMO, SunLife, Great-West Life, Rogers, CBC, and Ecobee, and has spoken at a number of key design industry events.
Born and raised in Montreal, Rabiya considers herself a poutine snob. When she's not working, she's evaluating real estate investments using the Canadian Mortgage App.
