Jorge Calderon

Jorge C. has extensive experience in international student enrollment and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of International Student Enrollment at Iowa State University since June 2019, after progressing through roles as Associate Director and Assistant Director. In addition to this role, Jorge is a member of the USA Client Advisory Panel at IDP Connect and serves on the Strategic Advisory Board of ApplyBoard. Jorge has held leadership positions including President of StudyIowa, which promotes educational institutions in Iowa, and Director of International Recruitment at ECPI University, where initiatives included launching the international program. Other notable roles encompass managing international student offices and coordinating international exchange programs at various institutions. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral and furthered education at UC Irvine.
