Tooba Mohtsham

Tooba Mohtsham, PMP, currently serves as Regional Manager at ApplyBoard, facilitating connections between international students and educational institutions. Prior experience includes leading COVID vaccination efforts for the Region of Waterloo, ensuring effective management of vaccination sites, and co-founding Decomp, a company recognized for converting plastic waste into biofuels, which won the Hult Prize Finals at the University of Waterloo in 2019. Tooba's consulting work at the University of Waterloo involved enhancing client engagement for the Accelerator Centre, and earlier experience as International Program Manager at Kinnaird College focused on improving financial strategies. Tooba holds a Master’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship and Technology from the University of Waterloo, along with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Biochemistry from the University of the Punjab.
