Aifra Ahmed, MD, currently serves as Medical Director at HEALTH[at]SCALE Technologies and holds hospital physician positions at both Palo Alto Medical Foundation and El Camino Health. As the Founder and Chief Medical Officer of APPNA COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER OF SF BAY AREA, Aifra has significantly contributed to community health. Prior experience includes hospital physician roles at Regional Medical Center of San Jose and various positions within The Permanente Medical Group, Inc., where Aifra also served as Assistant Chief of Service. Aifra Ahmed holds an MD from the University of California, San Francisco, completed an MBBS at King Edward Medical College, and earned a BS in Pre-Medicine from Kinnaird College.

The APPNA Community Health Center of the San Francisco Bay Area (ACHC) is a safety-net clinic providing quality health care services to the under-served members of our community in a culturally sensitive and compassionate environment regardless of age, gender, race, or religion. We are a newly established community clinic launched in Dec 2020. We offer adult and geriatric primary care services with ambitions to grow into a multi-specialty program serving all members of our community.
