Polia Hristova

Polia Hristova has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as an Ad Operations Specialist at Appnext, where they were responsible for recommending apps to users throughout their mobile journey. Prior to that, they worked at Kpax Marketing Online Ltd as an Outbound Call Center Sales Representative. Polia also held the positions of Key Account Manager and Customer Support Specialist at the same company. Additionally, Polia has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Hotel Receptionist at various hotels including Curium Palace Hotel Limassol and Coral Beach Hotel and Resort. Polia began their career as a Hotel Receptionist at Eztour LTD, where they handled front desk reception, payments, bookings, and customer complaints.

Polia Hristova holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of National and World Economy, which they completed from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the same university, graduating between 2001 and 2006. Polia completed their high school education at the School of Teaching of Foreign Languages Aleko Konstantinov from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a High School Diploma with a focus on Language School (French and English).

In addition to their formal education, Polia Hristova has obtained various certifications. In 2018, they completed a course titled "Introducing Innovation In Customer Servicing Chain to help the Service Firm to Grow Profitably" at CIIM - Cyprus International Institute of Management. Polia also holds a Talaera Business English Training certification from Talaera, obtained in July 2022. Most recently, in February 2023, they earned an AppsFlyer Essentials Certificate from AppsFlyer.

Furthermore, Polia Hristova has pursued training in yoga. Polia completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Yoga Europe WYA (World Yoga Alliance), and they are also a certified Yoga Teacher from the same institution.
