Egle Skorobogatoviene serves as the Chief People Officer at Appodeal Stack since January 2023 and is the Founder of EgleS Consulting, providing strategic HR support to various clients since January 2020. Previously, Egle held key HR leadership roles at Ferring Pharmaceuticals as Regional Human Resources Director, overseeing a People First Strategy for the UK, Ireland, and Nordics; StepStone as HR Director for the UK; dentsu international as Global HR Director for Technology and Media Trading; Avon as HR Director for the Nordics; Western Union as HR Director for Europe during a significant transition; Kitron as Director of Human Resources; and Kraft Foods, progressing through various HR roles. Egle holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kaunas University of Technology.
