Lidia Gal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lidia started their career at Delta Bank as a Credit Inspector in 2007. After that, they worked as an Administrative Operations/Event Manager at the Graduate School of Management in Barcelona from 2009 to 2011. Lidia then became a freelancer, taking on roles such as translator, teaching, and maternity leave from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Appodeal as an Event/HR Manager, where they contributed to the company's ad mediation solution for mobile applications. Lidia's expertise in HR led their to become the HR Manager for the EMEA region at Appodeal from 2018 to 2019. Lidia then took on the role of Administrative Director Appodeal Europe / HR Manager (EMEA) from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for HR, finance, and legal operations. Lidia's leadership skills and operational acumen earned their the position of Director of Administrative Operations and HR at Appodeal Stack in 2019. In 2022, they further progressed to the role of Director of Global Administrative Operations, focusing on scaling winning apps and driving profit for the company. Throughout their career, Lidia has demonstrated a strong ability to manage teams, develop HR policies, oversee operations, and ensure compliance with local laws.
