Allie Malenfant has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2012, they underwent basic officer training with the United States Marine Corps, where they received intensive leadership and combat training. Following this, in 2013, they attended the Logistics Officer Course, gaining expertise in strategic, operational, and tactical logistics.

In 2013, they joined the Marine Corps Recruiting, where they served in multiple roles, including Assistant Current Operations Officer, Logistics Officer-in-Charge, and Adjutant. In these positions, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and was responsible for planning and coordinating training exercises, ensuring the accountability and maintenance of equipment, managing administrative procedures, and organizing large-scale events.

In 2019, Allie transitioned to the role of Fundraising Program Manager at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic School. Allie successfully directed a year-round fundraising program generating significant sales and profits. Allie also facilitated a smooth transition to online sales during the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in a 55% increase in online sales profits.

In 2021, they joined Michigan Language Assessment as a Project & Operations Manager. In this role, they led a team responsible for exams processing and production functions. Allie also took on the role of project manager for the development of the company's first-ever high stakes digital exam product.

Currently, Allie is working as a Technical Project Manager at AppOmni, a position they started in 2022.

Allie Malenfant attended Anthony Wayne High School from 2004 to 2008 and obtained a High School Diploma. Later, they pursued higher education at the University of Michigan from 2008 to 2012, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government.

In terms of additional certifications, Allie Malenfant has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. In January 2022, they completed certifications in Agile Foundations, Agile Software Development, Learning Jira Software, Planning and Releasing Software with JIRA (2018), and Scrum: The Basics. In March 2022, they obtained certifications in Agile Software Development: Transforming Your Organization, Jira: Basic Administration, Learning Cloud Computing: Cloud Security, and Python for Non-Programmers.

Furthermore, Allie Malenfant holds certifications from various institutions. In August 2013, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC. In December 2020, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance.
