Heather Robinette has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Heather started their career as a Business Development Consultant at Oracle in 2013. Heather then worked as a Sales & Marketing Administrative Coordinator at Materials Transportation Company, where they collaborated with the VP of Sales to enhance marketing materials and coordinated a trade show.

In 2015, Heather became a Marketing Analyst at SteelSentry before moving on to join Cunningham Group at RE/MAX Advantage as a Marketing Manager. In this role, they implemented KPI reporting and introduced paid search advertising to diversify lead sources.

Heather then joined Conexlink (MyCloudIT) as a Director of Marketing, overseeing marketing and sales operations and promoting the use of HubSpot. During their tenure, they grew the company's HubSpot usage and established sales and marketing processes and metrics.

In 2021, Heather worked as a Revenue Operations Manager at Asite, where they streamlined the sales process, provided sales and marketing enablement training, and implemented an attribution model for reporting. Unfortunately, they were laid off due to a company restructure.

Heather also took on a part-time role as a RevOps Consultant at Robinette Marketing, assisting companies with their marketing, sales, and revenue operations. Heather is currently working as a Senior Revenue Operations Manager at AppOmni, where they retain keen stress on securing mission-critical and sensitive data through their SaaS security management software.

Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated expertise in areas such as marketing strategy, sales operations, revenue management, and process optimization. Heather holds an MBA and has completed the Rising Executives School Graduate program at Pavilion.

Heather Robinette, MBA, has a diverse education history. Heather graduated from Great Bend High School in 2009 with a High School Diploma. Heather then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration (Marketing) with a minor in Leadership Studies at Kansas State University from 2009 to 2012. In 2011, Heather attended the University of Westminster for a non-degree program in Business.

Continuing their educational journey, Heather earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Emporia State University from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Heather has obtained multiple certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Heather received the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in March 2020.
