Sergey Korzunin has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field, spanning over several companies and roles. Sergey started in 2012 at Uralsoft, where they worked as a Software Engineer, contributing to the development of an application for recognizing defects of railway wheels. Sergey then moved on to the Convenience Store Chain "\"Яблоко\"", where they worked as a C# Developer from 2014 to 2015.
In 2015, Sergey joined IC360 as a C++ Developer, specializing in optimizing an application for stitching and editing panoramic videos, and writing a frame interpolation plugin for it. Sergey worked on this project until 2016.
From 2016 to 2018, Sergey worked at VIPCeiling as an Android Developer, focusing on Android app development.
In 2018, Sergey had two roles concurrently. Sergey worked as a Freelance Software Engineer on Upwork, primarily focusing on Three.js, GLSL, WebGL, and Unity projects, and also did some work on an Electron + React app.
In the same year, Sergey joined Buildbox as a Software Engineer, where they were involved in the development, UX design, and optimization of game templates, nodes, brainboxes, and smart assets for the engine. Sergey also worked on new features and bugfixes in the core code of the engine and developed a React + Redux web video player.
Most recently, Sergey joined AppOnboard in 2019 as a Software Engineer.
Sergey Korzunin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ural State University named after A.M.Gorky. Sergey pursued their education at the university from 2008 to 2012.
