John Morley

John Morley is an experienced executive recruiter and talent director with a strong focus on the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Executive Recruiter at JDM Talent since October 2017, John emphasizes a cost-effective search model, rapid delivery, and deep industry knowledge. In addition, John has been Talent Director at Apposite Capital since March 2021, contributing to the firm's vision of becoming the leading healthcare private equity firm in Europe. Previous roles include global talent acquisition positions at AstraZeneca and Vertex Pharmaceuticals, as well as managerial roles at ConvaTec and Remtec Search & Selection. John began a career in laboratory analysis as an Analytical Chemist at Johnson Matthey and has a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Staffordshire.
