Laura Clousing

Laura Clousing, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Laura is currently serving as the Principal Talent Partner at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since 2023. Prior to this, Laura held various positions at Carters Inc. from 2012 to 2022, including Human Resources Director, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Manager of Human Resources. Laura also worked as the Event Coordinator at Chick-fil-A Corporate Office from 2011 to 2012 and as a Corporate Meeting Coordinator at Impact Consulting Services from 2010 to 2011. Laura's roles demonstrate their expertise and growth in the field of Human Resources.

Laura Clousing, PHR, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Tourism with a focus in Event Management from the University of Florida. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from SHRM in January 2015 and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2015.
