Suzanne de Jong

Suzanne is the Vice President of Business Operations for Metrix Realty Group in London, Ontario. As a paid appraiser, she performs appraisal and consulting work in a variety of areas including multi-family residential, commercial, industrial and land development. With over 32 years of experience in the valuation field, Suzanne joined ICE in 1990, earned her CRA designation in 1993 and her AACI in 2003.

She has been actively involved in AIC at the local, provincial and national levels since 1996. She has served on the AIC London Chapter executive since 1996, is a past board member of the Association of Ontario and is a Past Chair of the Applied Experience Sub-Committee and Admissions and Licensing Committee. Suzanne has served on the National Board of Directors since 2018 and was most recently a member of the Shaping Our Future Task Force and now sits on the President's Council on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).
