Heather Placer Mull, MAI, SRA, ARA, CCIM, ASA, is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 26 years of appraisal experience. As the Principal/Owner of Placer Realty Advisors LLC since October 2019, Heather specializes in commercial appraisals and consultations across various property types in Virginia and northern North Carolina. Heather has held multiple significant roles, including Commercial Sales Specialist/Associate Broker at Shaheen, Ruth, Martin & Fonville, and positions with the Appraisal Institute and CCIM Institute, demonstrating leadership in commercial valuation. With a solid academic foundation including an MS in Real Estate Valuation and an MBA, Heather also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor in real estate.
