As the Owner of JHM Appraisals, Inc. since February 2005, Jennifer is a certified residential appraiser in New Jersey and Florida. Previous roles include Owner/Director of Sparkman Marshall Realty, Inc. and Owner of MK Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants, where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of residential appraising. Jennifer's career commenced as a Sales Associate at Woodward Properties from 1997 to 2008. Educated at Drexel University with a BS in Finance and Marketing, Jennifer also holds a high school diploma from Kent Place School.
