Jennifer Marshall, SRA, AI-RRS, possesses extensive experience in the real estate and appraisal industries, currently serving as the Chair of the Experience Panel for the Admissions and Designations Qualifications Committee at the Appraisal Institute since January 2007. As the Owner of JHM Appraisals, Inc. since February 2005, Jennifer is a certified residential appraiser in New Jersey and Florida. Previous roles include Owner/Director of Sparkman Marshall Realty, Inc. and Owner of MK Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants, where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of residential appraising. Jennifer's career commenced as a Sales Associate at Woodward Properties from 1997 to 2008. Educated at Drexel University with a BS in Finance and Marketing, Jennifer also holds a high school diploma from Kent Place School.
