Ron Throupe Cre Mai Frics

Ron Throupe Ph.D. CRE MAI FRICS is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Denver teaching courses in Real Estate, Advanced Valuation, Feasibility, and Investments. Ron is also a Certified Instructor for the Appraisal Institute and a member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Sustainable Real Estate. In addition, Ron co-authors Apartment Rent and Vacancy Quarterly Reports for Colorado Research. Their previous experience includes roles at American Valuation Partners, National Valuation Consultants, Inc., American Real Estate Society, and Mundy Associates/Greenfield Advisors. Ron holds a Ph.D. in Business (Real Estate) & Finance from the University of Georgia.
