Alex Massa

Alex Massa has a diverse work experience in the appraisal industry. Alex started their career at Tetra Appraisals in 2003, where they served as President until 2009. After that, they joined Initech Appraisals as President and stayed with the company until 2015. In 2015, they became the Chief Compliance Officer at Appraisal MC and later assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in April 2020.

Alex Massa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business in 2002. In addition, Alex Massa obtained a certification as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser from the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board in May 2006.
