Al Ballard

Al Ballard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Al started working at Valley Appraisal Services Inc. in 2002 as a Quality Control Coordinator and then became an Appraisal Manager. In 2005, they became a Valuations Director at the same company. In 2007, Al joined Appraisal Nation as a Client Service Representative and later moved up to the roles of Vendor Manager Associate, Vendor Manager, Executive Vice President of Operations, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. In their most recent role, Al is responsible for directing the activities and solving crises across a team of 75+ employees, managing the work of over 300 clients and 15,000 vendors nationwide, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Al also has experience in vendor management, client relationship building, and overseeing appraisal processes.

Al Ballard attended East Carolina University but did not complete a degree or pursue a specific field of study. Additionally, they attended Triangle Real Estate Academy, where they obtained certifications in Real Estate Appraisal, specifically in Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (R-1, R-2, R-3, G-1, & G-2).
