Dorcas Grodner has over two decades of experience as a Real Estate Appraiser with Appraisal Services since January 2000, specializing in real estate appraisals for conventional loans, FHA, relocations, refinances, liquidation appraisals, and desk reviews. Prior to this role, Dorcas served as an ambassador for the Warner Robins Chamber from 2008 to 2010 and as a CTR2 in the US Navy from January 1984 to January 1990, with assignments in Japan and Guam. Educational qualifications include training from the Appraisal Institute.

Real Estate Appraisal Firm and Brokerage. Serving Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Southeastern Cass, and Upshur counties. Services include the appraisal of real property for the purpose of financing, taxes, estate planning, donation, divorce, or asset analysis. As a General Certified appraiser, all types of property are appraised in both form and narrative reports. Arbitration for property taxes is another serve provided. Review appraisal both field and desktop are offered.
