Jim Cutillo

Jim Cutillo is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the finance and technology sectors. As the Founder and CEO of AppraisalVision since January 2016, Jim Cutillo has created the first ON-DEMAND platform for residential appraisals. In addition, Jim Cutillo serves as the Founder and Managing Partner of Next Level IQ, LLC, a private equity and strategic advisory firm that collaborates with entrepreneurs and management teams to implement innovative growth strategies. Prior to these roles, Jim Cutillo founded Stonegate Mortgage Corporation in 2005, growing it into a top 10 national mortgage lender with over 1,500 employees and more than $300 million in revenue, leading to a successful IPO in 2013. Jim Cutillo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
