Steve King

Steve King is the current Utah Business Development Manager at Apprenti. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Sales Operations at Nexeo HR from August 2018 to September 2019. In this role, they managed the respective Corporate & Branch Operations, Sales, Recruitment, Leadership & Account Management Teams, Driving Profitability & Improved Results. Steve has also been with Kelly Services as a Territory Vice President/Senior Operations Manager from November 2000 to January 2018 where they were responsible for managing the respective Territory Operation, Leadership, Personnel, Teams, Budgets, Sales, Accounts, Portfolios, Recruitment & Human Resource Functions with complete P&L Responsibility. Furthermore, they have also been an Adjunct Professor at Salt Lake Community College from January 1995 to January 2001 where they instructed college students in computer software classes and developed & implemented curriculum. Their other previous positions include Mortgage Loan Officer at Freedom Mortgage Corp from February 1991 to January 1992 and Assistant General Manager at Burgoyne Computers from January 1994 to November 2000.

Steve King holds a MBA and a BA from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in Finance and Management respectively. Steve also has a certificate from Cornell University in Diversity & Inclusion.

Steve King reports to Jennifer Carlson, Executive Director, CEO. They work with John Sullivan - Program Manager, Dan Weagle - Regional Director, and Natalie Miller - Regional Director.
