Ali Farrell

Ali Farrell serves as the Chief People Officer at Apprentice.io since June 2021, leading HR initiatives in a high-growth life science SaaS environment. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Wodify, where Ali was the first to hold the position and played a pivotal role in the organization’s leadership. From 2016 to 2020, Ali held the title of Global Head of People, Talent & Culture at Decision Resources Group, contributing to its growth prior to acquisition by Clarivate Analytics. Additional roles include Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, and various HR positions at Publicis Health, demonstrating a progressive career focused on talent strategy, employee relations, and organizational development. Ali holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communications from Marist College and studied at La Scuola Lorenzo D'Medici.
