Jeffrey Medsker

Jeffrey Medsker is an accomplished customer support professional with extensive experience in the software industry. Currently, as the Director of Customer Support at Billtrust since June 2017, Jeffrey has progressively advanced from a Sr. Manager to a Manager role, emphasizing the connection between employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction within a rapidly growing organization. Prior to Billtrust, Jeffrey worked at Agilence, Inc. from May 2011 to June 2017, where responsibilities evolved from POS Analyst/Application Support Specialist to Manager of Application Support, a role established in November 2014. Jeffrey holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Stockton University, earned between 2003 and 2008.
