Hao Nguyen

Hao Nguyen is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in data management and analysis. Currently serving as a Data Engineering Manager at Appriss Retail since January 2022, Hao has been with Appriss since September 2012, progressing from a Senior Data Engineer 2 to architecting big data solutions and maintaining ETL frameworks using technologies such as SAS, Netezza, GreenPlum, SQL, and Unix Shell scripting. Prior experience includes a role as a Statistical Programmer/Analyst at the City of Hope Cancer Center, providing SAS programming support for clinical trials and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver detailed analyses and reports. Hao's academic background includes a Master's in Applied Statistics from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's in Math from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
