Pedro Solana

Pedro Solana has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. Pedro began their career in 1996 as SVP of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development at BANAMEX BANCO NACIONAL DE MÉXICO. In 2008, they joined Citibanamex as Head of Consumer Digital Payments, Head of Financial Inclusion, Head Of New Business Development, and Director of Strategic Alliances. Most recently, in 2019, they were appointed Chief Innovation Officer at Appriza Pay.

Pedro Solana completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 1984 and 1988. Pedro then pursued a Master's degree in Finance & Public Policies from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México between 1994 and 1996. In 2003, they completed the Programa en Alta Direccion D-1 from IPADE Business School. In 2016, they completed the Leadership Direct Program from Harvard Business Corporate Learning.
