Peter Cassar

Peter Cassar is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in financial analysis and forecasting. Currently employed at APPRL since September 2018, Peter previously held a similar role at Klarna, where responsibilities included building and executing forecasting models. Prior to that, Peter worked as a Sports Trader and Analyst at mybet.com, focusing on performance analysis, risk management, and odds compilation. Early career experience includes a summer internship at the National Statistics Office, where Peter assisted with data cleaning and support for small business documentation. Peter Cassar began their career in the hospitality industry as a bartender at Radisson Blu while pursuing education. Peter holds a Master's degree in Financial Mathematics from Uppsala University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Statistics, and Operations Research from the University of Malta.
