Ailee Nelson

Ailee Nelson is currently the Owner and HR & Organizational Development Consultant at Approach HR & Virtual Services, LLC since November 2016. Prior to this, Ailee worked as an Organizational Development Manager at RADIA from April 2014 to November 2016. With their experience in human resources and organizational development, Ailee has been instrumental in reshaping teams, defining roles, hiring new employees, and improving processes. Ailee holds memberships in Business Women’s Circle (BWC) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
