Ghazal Rikhi is an experienced leader in operations and management with a diverse background in the education and customer service sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Approach International Student Center, Inc. since July 2014, Ghazal is responsible for strategic planning, overseeing daily operations, and managing multiple departments including finance, human resources, and academics. Previous roles include Assistant Director, Quality Assurance Manager, and Sales and Customer Relations Coordinator, showcasing a strong capability in recruitment, employee development, and quality assurance. In addition to contributions in education, Ghazal co-founded Elite Picnic in June 2020, successfully launching a luxury picnic service and managing all aspects of the business. With a Master's degree in Business Management and further qualifications in Project Management, Ghazal's educational foundation supports a robust professional trajectory marked by strategic growth and operational excellence.
