Katie Riccio is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, and media relations. Currently serving as an Account Director at Approach Marketing since July 2022, Katie manages projects for clients such as Sommarøy Spirits, Aunt Flow, and WhirlyBall. Prior to this role, Katie worked as an Account Supervisor at HMT Associates, Inc. from January 2017 to November 2021, where responsibilities included project management and new business development for various Kraft Heinz Brands. Katie's earlier career at Edelman from May 2007 to September 2016 involved consulting and strategizing for multiple Kellogg's brands, along with leading client relationships for various consumer brands. Starting the professional journey at Wheatley & Timmons as an AAE-AE from 2005 to 2007, Katie holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communications and English from The University of Kansas.
