Ricardo Gonzalez

Ricardo Gonzalez has over 25 years of experience in sales and services. Ricardo started their career in 1997 as Director of Global Professional Services and Customer Solutions for AMDOCS, NORTEL NETWORKS, and CLARIFY. In this role, they were responsible for building and managing a product and professional services team, and securing multi-million-dollar deals with communications service providers. In 2006, they became Vice President of Business Development for LignUp Corporation. In 2007, they moved to Logitech as Director of Product Management, Product Marketing, and Video, where they returned a $400 million annual business to double-digit YOY growth. From 2008 to 2012, they were Vice President of Professional Services and Global IT for Rainmaker Systems, where they lead the professional services organization to $20 million in revenue and managed customer success, professional services, and global IT infrastructure strategies. From 2012 to 2018, they worked as an independent consultant providing customer success, implementation, business, and channel development consulting services. Most recently, they have been Vice President of Sales and Services for APPropoz Solutions since 2022.

Ricardo Gonzalez obtained a Bachelor of Sciences in Computer Science from Universidad de los Andes (Bogota, Colombia), as well as a Bachelor of Sciences in Mathematics from the same university. Ricardo then went on to pursue a Master of Sciences in Computer Science from Universite de Paris VI (Paris, France).
