Imad Alam has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Imad started their career as a Systems Analyst at AIR MILES in 1996. Imad then worked at Inkfish Call Centres Limited as an IT Manager and was later promoted to IT Director, where they established a successful IT department. Imad also played a crucial role in the acquisition of Inkfish by Domestic & General.
In 2002, Imad joined Domestic & General as the Group Technical Telephony Manager. During their four-year tenure, they managed a team responsible for software development, systems administration, and desktop support.

Most recently, in August 2022, Imad obtained the Cloud Digital Leader certification offered by Google, showcasing their leadership abilities in the field of cloud computing.
