James Walker

James Walker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James started their career as a Sales Associate at Majestic Wine in 1995 and worked there until 1997. James then joined Enotria Winecellars Ltd as a Sales Lead from 1998 to 2001. In 2001, they became the Manager at Storyteller Restaurant until 2003. From 2003 to 2014, James owned The Bathurst Arms, a country pub with restaurant and guest bedrooms in the Cotswolds. During their tenure, the pub won several prestigious awards.

In 2014, James joined Appsbroker as the Sales Lead for Digital Natives, where they helped businesses leverage the capabilities available on Google Cloud Platform. Currently, they hold the position of Head of MSP Sales at Appsbroker, leading the sales team and assisting businesses in optimizing their GCP costs, implementing data platforms, migrating VMs, operationalizing ML models, and building customized applications.

James Walker attended Tonbridge School from 1986 to 1991. James then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Italian Studies at The University of Manchester from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Cloud Digital Leader certification from Google Cloud in February 2023.
