Brandi Minors

Brandi Minors has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Her work experience includes two internships at the Department of Maritime Administration in 2008 and 2009, an internship at HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited in 2010 and 2011, an Administration role at Dr. M Keyes Office in 2010, an Assistant Management Accountant role at Women's Pioneer Housing in 2013, a Legal/Accounts Assistant role at K & K Ventures Limited in 2012, a Finance Analyst role at London & Quadrant Housing Trust in 2014, an Assistant Management Accountant role at Conviviality Plc in 2016, and a Finance Manager role at Airnow from 2017 to present. In this role, they recruited and trained a small finance team of three, set team deadlines, created working capital models, managed monthly reporting, budgeting and re-forecasting processes, approved Monthly Management Accounts, managed Fixed Assets and Balance Sheet Reconciliations, provided back office support, set up and managed payroll across three separate companies, met with department heads to set budget controls, developed relationships with external contacts, conducted Acquisitions Financial Due Diligence, handled Investor Relations communications and payments, managed year end audit and worked with external audit team.

Brandi Minors obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Risk Management from the London School of Business and Finance from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Essex from 2007 to 2011. Brandi also attended Saltus. Additionally, they hold a CIMA Part Qualified certification from the Charted Institute of Management Accounts.
