Amit Shwartz

Amit Shwartz has a diverse work experience in knowledge management and project management. Amit worked at AppsFlyer as the Center of Excellence Lead and Project Manager, where they focused on driving operational excellence and collaboration in the People Operations business unit. Amit also established and led the People Ops Center of Excellence, focusing on standardization and efficiency enhancement. Prior to that, they worked at Elbit Systems Ltd, where they held multiple roles including Chief Knowledge Officer, Knowledge Management Applications Team Leader, Customer Training Team Leader, Project Manager, and Technical Writer & Customer Instructor. In these roles, they strategically managed organizational knowledge, spearheaded innovation in knowledge and collaboration services, managed software development teams, and managed projects for local and foreign customers.

Amit Shwartz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Management from Open University from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Practical Engineer degree in Electronics from Amal Technologies from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in subjects like generative AI, productivity, project management, and communication from LinkedIn, most of which were completed in 2023.
