Giulia Finzi is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of People for EMEA & LATAM at AppsFlyer since May 2021, after progressing through roles such as Senior HR Growth Partner and HR Growth Partner within the same organization. Prior to AppsFlyer, Giulia held various HR positions at EPAM Systems, Barclays UK, and Google, starting as a People Operations Specialist at Google in 2011. Giulia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a European Master's in Labour Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science, complemented by a Master's in Clinical Dynamic Psychology and a Bachelor's in Psychological Sciences from Università degli Studi di Padova. Additionally, Giulia is engaged in coaching studies through Barefoot Coaching since January 2019.
