Ilya Prokator is a backend developer and team lead with 20 years of experience in software development, specializing in Java, Scala, and Kotlin. They have held key positions at various companies, including a leading expert role at FORS and a development team lead at Earnix, where they successfully managed critical projects and optimized team processes. Currently, Ilya works as a backend engineer at HiBob, contributing to the development of a cloud-native HRIS platform, and they also serve as a senior software engineer at AppsFlyer. Ilya holds a degree in computer science from Saint Petersburg State Polytechnical University and is pursuing further studies at the School of Physics and Technology at the Russian Academy of Sciences.
