Ishi Kharbanda

Ishi Kharbanda is currently a People Intern at Navan and serves as the Director of Outreach for Women in Business at UC San Diego. Previous experience includes a Talent Acquisition Intern role at Dremio, where Ishi implemented an Interview Training Procedure and coordinated hiring processes. Ishi also held leadership positions at 180 Degrees Consulting at UC Santa Cruz, becoming the youngest president since the organization's inception and managing various roles including project management and client acquisition. Other notable experiences include a Sales and Marketing Intern position at Arketa, executive roles at Fremont Debate Academy, and an internship with FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. Ishi is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology at UC San Diego, having previously studied at UC Santa Cruz and Foothill College.
