Omer Yaniv is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in hiring and talent operations. Currently serving as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at AppsFlyer since January 2020, Omer has successfully led end-to-end hiring for Go-To-Market teams, resulting in over 230 hires across more than 12 countries. Omer employs strategic outreach, enhances candidate experience, and utilizes data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes while strengthening employer branding. Prior experience includes a role as a Talent Operations Specialist at the Government of Israel - Ministry of Defence, where Omer managed significant procurement projects and led a team of buyers. Omer also has a background in the performing arts, having worked as a performer and artistic manager with Mayumana from 2008 to 2015. Omer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from The Open University of Israel.
