Patricia Tin Yan Olson possesses extensive expertise in learning and development across various industries. Currently serving as the APAC Regional Training Manager, Learning & Development Partner, and Dean of Academy at AppsFlyer, Patricia has also held the position of Global Learning & Development Manager within the HR People Team at Agoda. Prior roles include Senior Instructional Designer in the HR Global L&D department at Ritchie Bros., as well as an Adjunct Professor focusing on Digital Storytelling and Program Development at the University of the Fraser Valley. Additionally, Patricia has experience as a Training Manager and Process Development Lead at CHC Helicopter, showcasing a strong background in both academic and corporate training environments.
