Ramana Vemuri, PMP® has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Ramana is currently the Delivery Head at AppShark Software, where they lead a team of over 100 associates in handling various projects, including Salesforce Development, Dot Net, and Java. Their responsibilities include managing projects, ensuring reliability, tracking service metrics, managing budgets, controlling service quality, and leading the service delivery team. Ramana is also responsible for ISO implementation processes and driving process audits across offshore and onsite teams.

Prior to their current role, Ramana worked at Tech Mahindra for 12 years, starting as an Engineer and progressing to the position of Project Manager. In this role, they managed a team of 90+ associates and gained experience in Software Development Life Cycle, Project and Delivery Management, Risk Management, People Management, and Operations. Ramana successfully managed cross-functional, multi-location teams with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Before joining Tech Mahindra, Ramana worked as a Design Engineer at Quantech Global Services, where they were involved in design, modeling, detailing, and reverse engineering for power train systems of automotive and locomotive systems. Ramana worked with renowned clients like General Motors and ISUZU.

Ramana also worked briefly as an Engineer at Group of Engineers and as a Project Assistant at Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. in their early career.

Throughout their career, Ramana has showcased strong leadership skills, efficient project management abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services. Ramana is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and continues to excel in their field.

Ramana Vemuri, PMP®, has an extensive educational background in the field of engineering and management. Ramana started their education at JNG Polytechnic from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Building upon this foundation, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kakatiya University, completing it between 1998 and 2001.

To broaden their skillset and gain expertise in Operations Management, Ramana Vemuri enrolled in Indira Gandhi National Open University. Ramana pursued their MBA with a specialization in Operations Management from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ramana Vemuri has also obtained the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2015.
