Erden Ozan Cesur

Erden Ozan Cesur, MBA, has a diverse range of experience in human resources and management. Erden Ozan most recently worked as the Head of People and Culture at Appsilon Enterprise, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Terra Pizza from December 2018 to June 2023.

Erden has also worked for the UN World Food Programme as a National Human Resources Officer, where they contributed to the development of country-specific plans and processes, provided advice to managers and employees, and facilitated staff capability building.

Earlier in their career, Erden served as the Head of Human Resources at Istanbul Kemerburgaz University and as an HR Manager at Posco Assan TST. Erden Ozan gained extensive experience as an HR Business Partner and HR Supervisor at Anadolu Efes, where they acted as a single point of contact for HR-related issues and built strong business relationships.

Erden also worked as a Human Resources Specialist at STFA Construction Group and started their career as an Auditing Assistant at Moore Stephens.

Erden Ozan Cesur holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Istanbul Bilgi University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued an Executive MBA in Management at Sabanci University from 2008 to 2009. Erden Ozan'sBachelor's degree in International Relations was earned from Bilkent University between 1994 and 1999. Additionally, Erden has obtained certifications including Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 from BSI, as well as a Talent Q Personality Assessment certification from HAY.
