Chris S. is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran with extensive experience in technology sales and consulting, as well as international affairs. Currently serving as the GSI Alliance Director at Apptio, Chris leads the relationship between Apptio and IBM Consulting for the Americas. Previously, Chris held various roles at IBM Consulting, where responsibilities included advising senior leadership on growth strategies and managing sales for federal cloud solutions. Chris's past experience also includes serving as an Assistant Harbormaster for the Hingham Police Department and working with the USCG International Training Division as a maritime security consultant. Chris earned an MBA in Marketing from the University of Florida and a B.S. in International Relations from the US Coast Guard Academy.
