Dana Alfano

Dana Alfano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, customer success, and IT advisory services. Currently serving as Area Sales Director at Apptio, an IBM Company, since November 2015, Dana has played a pivotal role in advancing Technology Business Management and FinOps applications. Prior to this, Dana was Vice President of Customer Success and Account Management at Balihoo, managing significant operational areas. Earlier experience includes roles at KPMG, where Dana provided IT advisory services, and Washington Group International, focusing on IT audits. Dana's career began at Micron Technology as a Fixed Asset/Tax Accountant, following a BBA with double majors in Computer Information Systems and Accounting from Boise State University.
