Ken Haniu

Ken Haniu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and customer success management, currently serving as the RVP of Business Operations for Apptio, an IBM Company since 2011. Prior roles at Apptio include Director of Product Management and various director-level positions in Customer Success and Operations. Prior to joining Apptio, Haniu held the title of Senior Engagement Manager at Apptio from 2009 to 2010 and served as Managing Director/President at Consona Japan from 2006 to 2008. Haniu's career began at Onyx Software, where roles spanned from Consultant and Solutions Development Manager to International Services Director. Educational credentials include a BS in Computer Science from the University of Washington, alongside formative education at Stanford University and Central Valley High School.
