Kenneth Jiménez Fonseca

Kenneth Jim is a legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and contract management. Currently serving as a Litigation & Estate Law Clerk at Flancman Frisch & Mann LLP since August 2024, Kenneth previously held roles as a Litigation Assistant at Lenczner Slaght and a Legal Assistant at Flancman & Frisch. Kenneth's background includes significant contract administration experience from a tenure as Team Lead at Don Climax Group and as Senior Counsel at Clockwise Legal, where responsibilities encompassed contract management and legal advisement on various employment matters. Prior roles at Stark Legal, Rickey Tarfa (SAN) & Co., and the Ministry of Justice provided a robust foundation in legal research, document preparation, and organizational skills. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Imo State University and a B.L. degree from the Nigerian Law School.
