Cathy Hill

Cathy Hill serves as Chief Development Officer at APQC since July 2005, where responsibilities include developing strategic relationships to enhance organizational growth and expand access to resources. Cathy is also a current member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership roles. Previous positions at APQC included Senior Executive Director and Executive Director of Sales and Membership, where significant year-over-year growth was achieved. Prior to APQC, Cathy worked at Gartner as a Senior Account Executive, focusing on technology sales and consulting with C-level executives. Cathy began their career as an International Sales Manager at Synercom Technology after earning a B.A. in Marketing/Management from Houston Christian University.
